Alloy steel is an important material for the social and economic development in China. In recent years, the output of alloy steel in China has shown a growth trend. From 2019 to 2021, the output of alloy steel in China will be 47024300 tons, 54027500 tons and 55234600 tons respectively. From 2020 to 2021, the year-on-year growth rate of the output of alloy steel in China will be 14.9% and 2.2% respectively.
With the rapid development of petrochemical, automotive, aerospace, fossil fuel and other industries, China's demand for alloy steel continues to increase. In 2021, the sales volume of alloy steel in China will be 55.3521 million tons, up 3.2% year on year.
From the distribution of sales channels of alloy steel, in 2021, China will directly supply 28743100 tons of alloy steel, an increase of 290500 tons over 2020, accounting for 51.93% of the total sales; 14.2843 million tons were distributed, an increase of 2.2047 million tons over 2020, accounting for 25.81% of the total sales volume; 1440000 tons of retail sales, 446700 tons less than that in 2020, accounting for 2.60% of the total sales; The sales volume of branches was 7.7691 million tons, 592400 tons less than that in 2020, accounting for 14.04% of the total sales volume; The export volume was 3.1157 million tons, 284900 tons less than that in 2020, accounting for 5.63% of the total sales volume.
Since 2019, the self consumption of alloy steel in China has shown a small growth trend. In 2021, the self consumption of alloy steel in China will be 32300 tons, an increase of 5600 tons over 2020, a year-on-year increase of 21%.
In 2019, China's inventory loss of alloy steel was 47200 tons; In 2020, the inventory loss of China's alloy steel products was 47,500 tons, more than that in 2019 by 3000 tons; In 2021, China's alloy steel inventory surplus will be 2400 tons, 49900 tons higher than that in 2020.
From the inventory of alloy steel in China, at the beginning of 2021, the inventory of alloy steel will be 1.785 million tons, an increase of 357700 tons over the same period in 2020; The ending inventory was 1.6376 million tons, a decrease of 131800 tons compared with the same period in 2020.
